These hogs were raised outdoors in the open Montana air, fed locally grown Montana feed from start to finish.

The result is pork with real marbling, fat quality, and depth of flavor — the kind that only comes from animals given time, good feed, and room to grow.

Processed at Superior Meats, a licensed Montana processor. Every cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen. Nothing leaves the state.

I'm Max Woodcock — a University of Montana student with a real interest in agriculture and raising livestock. After working around other operations and learning the trade firsthand, I decided it was time to start something of my own. Woodcock Livestock Co. is my first operation, and I took it seriously from day one. These hogs were raised by hand, processed here in Montana, and I stand behind every pound. If you're buying from me, you know exactly who raised them and why.

What cuts do I get? +

These hogs are already processed and cut — chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, bacon, and sausage. Everything is vacuum-sealed and labeled at Superior Meats. You're getting a full, well-rounded selection ready to go straight into your freezer.

How much freezer space do I need? +

A half hog (75–100 lbs) needs about 3–4 cubic feet. A whole hog (150–200 lbs) needs 5–7 cubic feet. These are big finished hogs — plan accordingly. A standard chest freezer handles a half easily; a larger chest freezer or two units is smart for a whole.

When can I get my pork? +

Right away. These hogs are already processed, frozen, and in my freezer. Once the deposit is in, we'll schedule a time that works for you — I can make it happen as soon as today if needed.

Do you require a deposit? +

Yes — a $400 deposit is required on all sales to hold your hog. The remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup. Text or call to get started; I keep the process simple.

Do you deliver? +

Yes — free delivery within ~60 miles of Missoula. I'll bring the meat to you frozen and ready to load straight into your freezer. Outside that radius? Reach out and we'll figure something out.
